What are the platform's general rules and safety standards?

Furver prioritizes community health and safety. Sharing copyrighted, misleading, or harmful content is strictly prohibited. Any suspicious activity reported is quickly reviewed by our moderation team.

When I back a project, where does my payment go?

Your support payments are transferred directly to the wallet address defined by the project owner. Furver is not an intermediary or escrow in the transfer of funds; it facilitates direct sponsorships between developers and backers.

What happens if a project fails or a reward is not delivered?

In case of project failure, all legal and moral responsibility belongs to the project owner. It is recommended to check the developer's background and profile before backing. You can report issues using the Report button on the project page.

What are the benefits of being a backer?

By backing a project, you directly contribute to making a creative idea real. Project owners may also offer rewards like credits, early access, or digital products based on your support tier.

What do I need to do to launch my project?

After creating your project page and adding your detailed roadmap, images, and goals, you can submit it for approval. Following content health checks, real projects are approved and published within 24 hours.

How do reward commitments and delivery processes work?

It is your sole responsibility to deliver the rewards promised to your backers on the specified delivery date. You should announce any potential delivery delays transparently through your project's Updates tab.

How do I receive payments once I reach my donation targets?

Donations are sent directly to your linked wallet address either in real-time or based on project milestones. As you hit targets, you should share progress updates with your backers.

How can I find a team or start a new team?

To start a team, use the Create Team option on your profile and publish the roles you need. To join a team, you can apply to open roles on the Team Discovery page.

How do I use team task management and the Kanban board?

The team captain can create tasks and assign members. Tasks are updated using a drag-and-drop Kanban board, and member workloads are reflected in statistics in real-time.

How do team leaving or disbanding processes work?

Members can leave a team at any time. Captains can request to disband the team, which is approved after a 48-hour suspension period to keep other team members informed.
