- Some features may be experimental and may be changed, limited, or temporarily suspended for security, maintenance, legal, or technical reasons.
4. User content and intellectual property
- Rights in projects, images, files, posts, comments, logos, and other content remain with their owners. You may upload only content you are authorized to share.
- When you publish content, you grant Furver a non-exclusive, royalty-free license needed to operate the service, display content according to your visibility choices, technically reproduce, resize, back up, and promote public content within Furver.
- This license ends when content is removed, except for reasonable technical backups, dispute records, and legally required retention.
- Copyright, trademark, trade secret, personality right, or privacy complaints may be sent to support@furver.net with the content URL and information establishing the claimed right.
5. Prohibited use and community safety
- Illegal, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, obscene, fraudulent, misleading, or rights-infringing content and conduct are prohibited.
- Spam, fake engagement, vote manipulation, automated accounts, malware, phishing, unauthorized data collection, security testing, and service disruption are prohibited.
- Personal data, private communications, and confidential documents must not be published without a lawful basis and any required permission.
6. Projects, teams, events, and awards
- Project and team owners are responsible for accurate listings, team information, and participation terms. Event owners are responsible for submissions, juries, voting, awards, schedules, and results.
- Tools such as automatic vote ranking produce technical results based on supplied data and rules; final organizational responsibility remains with the event owner.
- Fake votes, undisclosed conflicts, or misleading awards and results may lead to review, limited visibility, or account action.
7. Sponsorship, support, and payments
- Team sponsorships may originate on Furver or be agreed outside the Platform. Unless separately agreed in writing, Furver is not a party to or guarantor of a sponsorship contract, payment, or performance.
- Sponsors, supporters, and project owners must describe relationships accurately and must not misrepresent names, logos, amounts, awards, or authority.
- If a paid in-platform transaction is enabled, price, taxes, fees, payment provider, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown before the transaction. Card processing may be governed by the payment provider’s terms.
- New Premium subscriptions are currently disabled. Distance selling, pre-contract information, and subscription terms will be presented separately before reactivation.
8. Moderation, content removal, and accounts
- Furver may review, restrict, remove, or preserve potentially unlawful or unsafe content following a report or on its own initiative.
- Depending on the violation, Furver may issue a warning, restrict features, suspend, or close an account. Except in urgent security or legal cases, Furver aims to provide a reasonable explanation and appeal opportunity.
- Users may close accounts through available account tools or a support request. Closure does not require immediate deletion of records subject to legal retention or ongoing disputes.
9. Third-party services and links
- Users or Furver may link to external sites, video platforms, social networks, payment, or email services. The relevant third party is responsible for its content and practices.
- Displaying a link does not mean Furver endorses or guarantees that person or service. Review third-party terms separately.
10. Availability and limitation of liability
- Furver uses reasonable care to keep the service secure and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, the accuracy of all user content, or performance of agreements between users.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, Furver’s liability is limited to direct and foreseeable loss. Liability arising from intent, gross negligence, data security duties, and mandatory consumer law remains unaffected.
- Users should maintain independent backups of their content, files, and project resources.
