1. How your balance accumulates
Every time a supporter backs your project with a reward tier, the platform calculates its fee and adds the net amount to your balance instantly. You can review your full transaction history on the My Wallet page.
- Platform fee formula: (gross amount × 4.29%) + 0.25 ₺ — deducted from what you receive, not added to the supporter's payment.
- Example: a supporter pays 100 ₺ → platform fee is 4.54 ₺ → 95.46 ₺ is added to your balance.
- Each incoming payment is logged as an earn entry in your transaction history.
- If you back other projects yourself, those amounts are logged as spend entries and deducted from your balance.
- Your real-time balance is always the authoritative number — individual earn/spend totals shown on the wallet overview are a quick reference, not a sum of all transactions.
2. Available balance vs. total balance
The number shown as your total balance and the amount you can actually withdraw right now are not always the same. Pending withdrawal requests put a hold on a portion of your balance until an admin completes or rejects the review.
- Available to withdraw = Total balance − Sum of all pending request amounts.
- While a request is pending, those funds are reserved and cannot be included in a new request.
- If a request is rejected, the reserved amount is released and becomes available again.
- Your balance is not reduced at the moment you submit a request — it is only reduced when the admin marks the request as completed.
- Both figures — total balance and available amount — are shown side by side on the withdraw page before you open the request form.
3. How to submit a withdrawal request
Withdrawal requests are submitted through a modal form on the Withdraw page. Each request goes into an admin review queue before any money moves.
- Go to the Withdraw page and click Create Withdrawal Request.
- Enter the amount you want to withdraw — the estimated 2% fee and net payout update in real time as you type.
- Enter your IBAN and account holder name in the account details field. Double-check this before submitting — you cannot edit it after the request is sent.
- Review the fee and net estimates shown in the form, then confirm the request.
- The request is immediately placed in the review queue with pending status. You will see it in your request history at the bottom of the page.
- Only bank transfer (IBAN) is currently available. PayPal and other methods are not active at this time.
4. Fee structure at every stage
There are two separate fee layers in the Furver financial flow. Understanding both helps you plan your payout expectations before submitting a request.
- Support-time fee (platform share): (gross × 4.29%) + 0.25 ₺ per reward transaction — charged to you as the project owner, not to the supporter.
- Withdrawal fee: 2% of the amount you request — deducted before the bank transfer is sent.
- Example for a 100 ₺ reward: platform fee 4.54 ₺ → balance credit 95.46 ₺ → withdrawal fee 1.91 ₺ → bank receives 93.55 ₺.
- The withdrawal fee and net amount are displayed as estimates before you confirm. The final bank transfer may vary slightly due to interbank processing.
- Both fee rates are shown in the Payout Overview panel on the withdraw page so you can review them before acting.
5. What each request status means
Every withdrawal request moves through a short review lifecycle. You can track each request in the history list on the withdraw page, where the current status is shown alongside the amount, fee, net payout, and dates.
- Pending: Your request has been received and is waiting for admin review. The requested amount is reserved from your available balance.
- Accepted: An admin has approved the request and the transfer is being prepared.
- Completed: The bank transfer has been sent. Your balance is reduced by the requested amount at this stage.
- Rejected: The request was not processed. The reserved amount is released back to your available balance. If you are unsure why a request was rejected, contact support.
- The history list shows your five most recent requests. Each entry includes the gross amount, fee, net amount, status badge, and the request date.
6. Entering bank account details correctly
The account information field accepts your IBAN and account holder name. Incorrect details are the most common reason a withdrawal request is rejected. There is no way to edit the field after submission, so check carefully before confirming.
- Turkish IBAN format: starts with TR followed by 24 digits (26 characters total). Example: TR12 3456 7890 1234 5678 9012 34.
- Include the full account holder name as it appears on your bank account, not a nickname or username.
- Copy-paste the IBAN from your banking app to avoid typos — a single wrong digit will cause the transfer to fail.
- On shared or public devices, clear the field after use to avoid leaving sensitive account information in browser memory.
- Furver is not responsible for transfers sent to an incorrect IBAN provided by the user. Always verify before confirming.
7. Rewards and payout — what you need to know
Your earned balance is available to withdraw regardless of whether you have delivered your rewards yet. However, completing reward delivery protects supporter trust and reduces the chance of disputes that could affect future projects.
- Mark a reward as delivered from the delivery management panel on your project page. The supporter then confirms receipt on their end.
- Once both sides confirm, the delivery state closes as delivered and no further action is needed.
- If a supporter opens a delivery issue, it appears as an open problem in your dashboard. Unresolved issues can be escalated to platform admin.
- Each project supports up to three reward tiers. A supporter can only back a project with the same reward once.
- Reward delivery and balance withdrawals are independent processes — one does not block the other, but both matter for maintaining trust on the platform.
Tip:
Submit your first withdrawal request for a smaller amount to verify that your bank account details are correct before requesting larger payouts.
Common mistakes
- Submitting a request with an unverified or mistyped IBAN — the most frequent reason for rejection.
- Expecting the total balance to be fully available when there are already pending requests reserving part of it.
- Confusing the gross amount, the fee estimate, and the net payout — always check the net figure shown in the form.
- Opening multiple withdrawal requests in quick succession, exhausting the available balance across all of them before any is completed.
- Ignoring open delivery issues while withdrawing earnings — unresolved issues affect supporter trust for current and future projects.
Quick checklist
- I have checked my available balance (not just total balance) before submitting.
- I have copy-pasted my IBAN and verified every digit.
- I have included the full account holder name as it appears on my bank account.
- I have reviewed the estimated fee and net payout in the form before confirming.
- I have no unresolved delivery issues on my active projects.
